In the fields of medical, biological, and chemical laboratories and analytical technology, NFT threads are commonly used in conjunction with fittings to connect hoses (PTFE...) and pipes/capillaries (VA, PEEK...). B ü rkert's 0117, 0127, 6126, 6606, 6650, 6624, 6712, and 6724 types of valves can all be equipped with UNF-1/4-28 threads. The joint of the UNF interface consists of a basic screw and a clamping sleeve. Connections can be easily and quickly established. They have no dead zone and can prevent medium turbulence at the transition position from the valve to the hose. Installation instructions: Only tighten the basic screws by hand and do not crush the screws. The clamping sleeve and hose form a reliable seal, without the need for other sealing materials.
